Kolab Create Email Problem

Hello guys, i got a problem today that i never saw before, i have only 2
domains working on my Kolab, today i create one new account to my CEO, and
the emails appears to be create with no problem, i can log in into the
Webmail with it, but when i connect i got a message.

Server Error:  STATUS: Mailbox does not exist

What could be this problem??

i can connect into the IMAP with my Outlook, but i got error in the
synchronization.

i saw this messagens on the maillog.
