posix users "Native tongue"

Hello (Kolab noob here)

I have just setup a test install to see if I could eventually move my
users into Kolab. When implemented I also need the accounts to be used
for login on other systems, using LDAP and Kerberos.

To achieve login on other systems I guess that I should select Account
type as POSIX users. But then Native tongue is restricted to a few
languages (not including Danish).

What is Native tongue used for, and - if necessary, how can I add more
tongues.
