Certificate Problem on First Install

I had a similar problem (misconfiguration while running setup-kolab) and 
found https://github.com/TBits/KolabScripts/tree/master/kolab Scripts 
for a clean reinstall of kolab.
You could try to either use the script itself or follow the instructions 
of reinstallCentOS.sh manually.
At least it worked for me on my Debian Jessie with Kolab 3.4 setup.
