Certificate Problem on First Install

Folks I'm installing a self contained Kolab instance on a vmware machine.
But then I try to login on the kolab-webadmin as the cn=Directory Manager
it complains about a internal server error looking at my logs the only
relevant piece of information Ive found is:

*Wed Aug 03 11:17:30.648889 2016] [:error] [pid 9890] Misconfiguration of
certificate's CN and virtual name. The certificate CN has
localhost4.localdomain4. We expected localhost.localdomain as virtual name.*
*[Wed Aug 03 15:39:07.586766 2016] [core:error] [pid 9890] [client
10.0.2.2:39497 <http://10.0.2.2:39497>] AH00135: Invalid method in request
\xff\xf4\xff\xfd\x06\x04\x04\xff\xf4\xff\xfd\x06*

Which is quite self explanatory as I had messed up the names to be resolved
on resolv.conf and /etc/hosts on first install attempt. But running#
*setup-kolab* again did not help in generating the new certificates. I'm
following https://docs.kolab.org/installation-guide/centos-7.html.

Can I generate this certificates evoking some part of the Kolab scripts?
