Cyrus fails to load

It seems you have systemd. Maybe the command "systemctl -l status cyrus-imapd"
would provide more info.
What version of cyrus-imap are you using?
you may want to look at this line in /etc/imap.conf
sieve_extensions: fileinto reject envelope body vacation imapflags notify include regex subaddress
relational copy
start deleting what you have in addition to what I have here, and try to restart it after each
delete.
