Yes, you are right.
But that wasn't my intent. Even things which prevents the user of
using some feature sounds like a bug for me.
Instead of removing those "not enabled" options completely, it should
comment them out. It's always useful to have many comments in config
files, like with those untouched default config. I would always call it
a bug if scripts strip out all explanatory comments...
Especially if a product is ongoing such a big rework as kolab. And all
those other documentation is outdated or just non-existent.
So a bug report here may not have the goal to activate those options
by default, but to not strip them from the config file.
Btw.: that's not only applicable for the calendar config but for most
config files for kolab...
I have a working kolab installation, but many things there I have
"guessed" or configured by looking in the source files. ... because of
insufficient documentation.
And I'm pretty sure there are many things not working because I do not
know the correct configure option...
