Differing /etc/roundcubemail/calendar.inc.php files

Not including options in the generated default configuration is not a 
bug. Maybe it's intended that not everything is enabled because it's to 
new or doesn't apply to everyones installation. If the feature is 
working as soon as you configure it I guess it's not a bug, rather just 
a feature that's not enabled by default.

Keep this in mind.
