Firstly I have to say that I know nothing about PHP.
What is the significance of the $config[] verses $rcmail_config
arrays[]?
The files provided in the package seem to use $rcmail_config[], but
setup-kolab is creating files using $config[], but both before and after
running setup-kolab there is a mixture of both in use in the files in
/etc/roundcubemail.
