Unable to install Kolab 3 on Ubuntu Quantal

So, I added the following repos to my /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://mirror.kolabsys.com/pub/ubuntu/kolab-3.0 quantal release updates
deb-src http://mirror.kolabsys.com/pub/ubuntu/kolab-3.0 quantal release
updates

Per the documentation in 3.2.1.2.  However, when I run apt-get update, I
get 403 responses back when hitting the repos.  So, I went to
http://mirror.kolabsys.com/pub/ubuntu and I can access the 2.x branch just
fine, but when I try to access kolab-3.0, I get a 403 there as well.

When will I be able to install Kolab 3 on Ubuntu, or does anyone have tips
on how to make this work now?
