This is a well known bug in rpm, it cannot replace a file or directory with a
symbolic link and vice versa, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/rpm/+bug/633636
and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=447156
To fix this problem, simply run
# mv /usr/share/roundcubemail/temp /usr/share/roundcubemail/temp.old
before running the upgrade.
