update 3.0 -> 3.1 fails

After removing old repositories and installing the new ones I update Kolab 3.0 
on CentOS to Kolab 3.1.

The cyrus update took quite some time, but in the end everything ran through 
except roundcubemail.

yum update now results in the following:
