update 3.0 -> 3.1 fails

Thank you for the quick feedback. Update worked now.

However kolab-webadmin (empty page) and roundcubemail (DATABASE ERROR:  
CONNECTION FAILED!) both do not work. I will have to look the logs in  
more detail tommorrow.
