Note, that this probably works around a limitation of
SyncKolab to consier more than one folder of each type.
For regular Kolab use, it is recommended to not use the
accountless folders. (This is what is probably meant by "share folders" 
above.)

Usually you would use a group account and a client (like KDE Kontact)
to crete the folder and set the ACLs for the group.
