OpenLDAP creates very high CPU load during some slapcat/ldapsearch/ldapmodify (i.e. breaks Kolab).

This can happen if the databases backend of OpenLDAP is very badly tuned. The 
OpenLDAP ml should be of some help.

Dieter proposed some sane values for the tuning parameters which you can look 
up in the mail archive.
