Did you ever install Kolab?

E.g. Installing on Kolab is only a two step process after downloading 
either (*) the source or the binary directory.

./obmtool kolab
/kolab/sbin/kolab_bootstrap -b

Everything else is done via the Kolab Web Administration GUI.

(*) The obmtool detects automatically if it can use the binaries or if it must 
recompile from source.
