You are right, Martin.

I have heard Peter Hofmann from the Limux Project on a lecture this week. And 
he said that they had a look at Kolab but decided to program their own 
adressbook solution, among other reasons because the internal structure of 
the Munic City administration would not fit with Kolab. 

I have just written an E-Mail and asked Peter Hofmann for further Information 
on why Kolab is not in the game. 

I will tell you about any answer i receive.
