This does not make any technical sense. Thunderbird is a plain mail client 
without groupware functionality and last but not least Kolab can easily 
integrate an arbitrary number of addressbooks.

Did you expect the BSI to have a plain and simple global addressbook like the 
addressbook we ship with Kolab as default?
