imap mailbox not created

Hi Steve,

What version of Kolab did you install? If you installed the development
versions from ZfOS you might want to check if the Kolab Daemon (kolabd)
is running. You can adjust the logging in /kolab/etc/kolab/kolab.conf by 
specifying log_level : 4, which might give you some clues.

I would recommend that you not add the mailboxes manually with the ZfOS
version as it actually has databases, etc. that keep track of mailboxes.
