How to create new user?

I met a strange problem. When I create new users from 
web-admin-interface, I can't find any UID option which decribes on the 
kolab website. So I don't know what is the user ID I created, fisrt name 
, or last name , or prefix of primary email address (UID at example.com)?

Below is create user table.  I can't find any UID option   :(
