Invalid From: Header

Hello Everyone
I have installed 20041201-full successfully on SuSE 9.1, LDAP address 
book working fine and we can send and receive mail - I have updated clam 
and sa-learned some spam and it works well!
We have one problem though, unfortunately outlook 2003 is staying (i am 
working on them, but at the moment "No Correspondance Will Be Entered 
Into (TM)") and here is where it gets interesting:

I send to myself on my kolab account through OL2003, it is received fine,
I reply to the mail and it is bounced:
<mish at kolabdomain.com>: service unavailable. Command output: Invalid 
From: header.
Mish [mailto:mish at kolabdomain.com] does not match envelope
mish at kolabdomain.com

Of course, with any other mail client it goes through fine, but outlook 
seems to know better. I think it is because of the "Name 
[mailto:name at domain]" bit, but no idea how to let this through.

Does anyone have any ideas (bearing in mind that changing clients is not 
an option)?
