problem on mailbox delivery activation

hello,
I tried to activate delivery on folder Inbox for an user, then get the 
message:

Errors:
 Not currently in TRANSACTION state
 Script was:
 
require "fileinto";
if header :contains ["X-Kolab-Scheduling-Message"] ["FALSE"] {
fileinto "INBOX/Inbox";
}

I tried to search on sieve and googled a lot, to no avial.
any hints,

p.s. - I tried jxplorer, a java-based LDAP browser, and it works quite well on 
the tree. it is a nice tool to manage and understand how LDAP works.
