It probably is that you are trying the send emails with
the following from line:
From: Mish <mailto:mish at kolabdomain.com>
The "mailto:" part looks fishy, can you check your outlook
email account settings? Also check the From: lines if you can
so see what is actually send.
Background:
kolabfilter.php checks that envelop and from: lines are matching
when the result comes from kolabdomain.com.

You might see more in
/kolab/var/resmgr/resmgr.log

We are still refining kolabfilter.php, but you can switch it off, if you do
not want the protection or want to allow broken client configurations.

/kolab/etc/resmgr/resmgr.conf
