tested with Kontact e35 20100129.1082029-kk1

Test:
1. Click on a mail in the mail list.
2. Select a part of the text.
3. Press reply.
=> Only the selected text is quoted.
The user wishes an option, that in this case always the whole mail is quoted.
He doesn't like the selected quotation. But other users like it this way. 

Another problem is the option (German) "Intelligent zitieren", this option
should be renamed, so that the users better understand, what it does.
