HTML messages are displayed in plain/text if the option "Prefer HTML to plain
text" is off. 
The customer wishs that in this mode in the plain/text view a notice is
displayed, that the a HTML part exist. (Perhaps configurable as option:
Notice if HTML part exist.)

Please estimate first and wait on an okay.
