[Kolab-devel] [issue4346] Maillist icons should contain tooltips (rt#6136)

tested with Kontact e35 kdepim   20100409.1112955-kk1

The customer wishs for tooltips on the icons in the maillist like the icons
unread, new , attachment, signed, important, encrypted, todo...
The tooltip should appear at the icons in the row and the icons at the header of
the maillist.

Test:
1. Switch to Mail component.
2. Move the mouse over a reply icon in the list.
3. Wait for a tooltip.
