It would be nice to have constant links into the newest Kolab Format specification.

Currently I'd need to use

http://kolab.org/doc/kolabformat-2.0rc7-html/c270.html

to link to the contact format specs. This will probably be invalid after some
time and it would be nice if there'd exist something like

http://kolab.org/doc/kolabformat/contact.html

that would always point to the newest version of the spec.

Or possibly

http://kolab.org/doc/kolabformat-2/contact.html

if we want to include the major version of the format.
