Test:
Req: B has 2 calendar resources.
1. A creates an vent and invites B.
2. B syncs and B accepts the event.
3. A syncs and enters the update mail into his calendar.
4. A changes the event.
5. B syncs and enters the update into his calendar.
=> He is asked to choose a calendar resource.

I except that kontact didn't ask about the resource, because the event is only
updated and already in a resource.
