See kolab/issue2660 (Invitation for event series not accept automatically)
and kolab/issue2745 (php error after sending an update to an event):

Error handling in php-kolab for this error is currently just disabled.
Either PEAR has to be improved or the error handling has to be enhanced to
ignore only non-critical errors.
