[Kolab-devel] [issue1441] kontact send invitations missing last name of Organizer when comma in identity

To reproduce:     
     
a) Change the full name of your identity to      
   Lastname, GivenName      
aka  Reiter, Bernhard     
b) create an appointment with this identify as organiser,     
   invite somebody    
c)  Check the email, you will see that the CN=Bernhard   
    which should be CN="Reiter, Bernhard" or so.   
   
This is related to  kolab/issue1436 (kontact generates invitation with trailing  
comma in attendee name)   
both should use the same routine for formatting the CNs.
