[Kolab-devel] [issue1442] Kontact invitation for attendees contains "mailto", should be "MAILTO"?

When sending out an invitation in Revision 593832 and before, 
the "mailto" of the organizer is in small caps, 
while the "MAILTO" of the attendees is large caps. 
 
>From the rfc2445 this is a MAILTO URI and thus probably 
case-insentitive. 
But why is this inconsistant? 
 
The rfc2445 only has "MAILTO" examples?
