Kontact proko2.1.5 on SuSE 10.0 (KDE 3.4.2):

When trying to find a way to get Kontact/KOrganizer to re-display the
disappeared appointments (see issue1498), one thing I tried was to refresh the
cache of the calendar folder. This resulted in a crash (backtrace attached).
