New submission from Bernhard Reiter <bernhard at intevation.de>:

Use case scenario:

Email is delivered via sieve in a subfolder,
Toltec syncs them up from there the first time.
Because of kolab/issue909 (Decoding msg822 attachments uncorrectly.)
some users use inline forwarding.

If Toltec (e.g. 2.0.10) sees the attachment,
usually:
   Content-Type: application/x-toltec-tnef-1;
 name="toltec.dat"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

It will try to use the information and thus display
wrong values. A quick solution to the scenario
is to have a configuration options in Kontact which strips
the mentioned tnef attachment when forwarding inline.

Maybe a general configuration pane would be acceptable
for Kontact developer. Aka: strip the following attachment
types when forwarding as text.
