Reproducable with Toltec 2.0.10 (and reports for 2.0.10beta):  
Not reproducable with 2.0.9.  
  
An fresh email comes in over a folder (it does not have a toltec attachment  
yet), after the sync, it looks like the email was a draft.  
Outlook 2003 (German) says that the message has not been send yet  
and on double click it will offer a dialog which has a send button.  
  
The messages I tested it with, all came from Outlook itself. 
When downgrading to 2.0.9 (deinstalling, installing 2.0.10), 
the emails do not have this behaviour anymore.
