[Kolab-devel] [issue1095] Add local subscription

In Order to have some emails being read "online"    
and some being cached it would be useful to have     
a local subscription feature in the KDE Kolab client   
until issue997 (possibility to configure cachedimap and regular imap per email 
folder ), aka the mixed mode, can be implemented with KDE 4. 
 
Note that the GUI within Kontact/Kmail would need to 
be able to display both server subscription and client  
subscription possibilities in a good way.
