[Kolab-devel] [issue1096] tar.gz versions inside the source rpm

I just found that the versions in the source rpm are not raised when
they are changed. Is this intended?

2.0.1 release perl-kolab-5.8.7-2.0_20050912.src.rpm:
Kolab-Conf-0.9.2.tar.gz size 12168
Kolab-LDAP-0.9.2.tar.gz size 8530
Kolab-LDAP-Backend-slurpd-0.9.2.tar.gz size 4956

2.0.3 release perl-kolab-5.8.7-2.0_20051219.src.rpm:
Kolab-Conf-0.9.2.tar.gz size 12191
Kolab-LDAP-0.9.2.tar.gz size 8701
Kolab-LDAP-Backend-slurpd-0.9.2.tar.gz size 5113

(the rest are the same)

I think the version should be raised with every release.
