[Kolab-devel] [issue988] Unsubscribed calendar folder stays in calendar resource (kontact)

If user B makes his calendar readable for user A and A subscribes to this
calendar folder, it will show up in the calendar resources of A. He can then
read all appointments of B.
However, if A now unsubscribes from this folder, it is *not* removed from the
calendar resources and hence still clutters the screen there. Seemingly, there
is no way to remove it - resyncing or restarting of kontact does not help.

- kolab 2.0.1 (unpatched so far) on SuSE 9.3
- kontact 1.1.2 (SuSE 10.0/KDE 3.4.2 Level "b")
- kmail 1.8.2 (SuSE 10.0/KDE 3.4.2 Level "b")
- korganizer 3.4.2 (SuSE 10.0/KDE 3.4.2 Level "b")
