When disabling imap on a Proko2 server the kolab daemon stops working. 
I would recommend that instead of disabling imap on the server we bind it to 
localhost as follows (for the kolabd): 
 
(from cyrus.conf) 
imap cmd="imapd -C /kolab/etc/imapd/imapd.conf" listen="127.0.0.1:143" 
prefork=0 
 
This way no one from an external interface can bind to unencrypted imap but it 
is possible for the daemon to...
