There seems to be a problem with a shared inbox and which mails can be seen by
other users.  Tested with toltec connector 2.0-alpha26-de, server packages from
20040817.

To reproduce:

- User A gives user B read/write access to A's inbox.  B can see A's inbox

- B sends mail to A.  Mail does not show up in B's view of A's inbox.

- A reads the mail.

- Now the mail show's up for B as well.
