[Kolab-devel] [issue357] Location always unspecified in response from resource

To reproduce:
- Create a resource account on the server
- Set this resource as an attendee to a meeting (make sure you specify the
location of the meeting), and send it a mail
In the response received from the resource, it says "Where: Location unspecified"
