In proko2 it is possible to have a distribution list as a participant in an
event.  There are problems answering such invitations.  To reproduce:

Create a new event and enter a distribution list as attendee.  I used a public
list defined with the webfrontend of the kolab server.

Click OK  and send invitations

As one of the users on the distribution list, sync your mail.  You receive the
invitation.  Click on [Accept].  The mail is sent with the distribution lists
email address as the sender address which is rejected by the server.  The
"Mangle From:/To: Headers in replies to invitations" is *not* checked.
