All accounts look the same. We just add the kolabDeleteFlag attribute to the
object when it comes time to delete the account. The Kolab Daemon then
goes around, clears the Cyrus mailboxes and deletes the object out of LDAP.

One of the only items that will affect the Kolab account is the Quota of 
the user mailbox. This again is handled by the daemon and all you have to do
is set the right values in LDAP.

The really great thing about Kolab is that it is LDAP-centric. You make your
changes in LDAP and it then trickles down to the various daemons.
