Migration to another server

Hi everybody.

I have some problems with old server and decided to migrate Kolab to another machine. Unfortunately Kolab is not VM so I need to migrate users mailbox to fresh CentOS  installation. Can someone give me an advice how to make it easily? I found and tested imapsync for email messages. But, how can I transfer contacts, calendar, tasks? Thank you very much for any help.
