Missing Calendar and Contacts entries

Thanks for update and provided sql.
I managed to repair the database.
For clearing cache I'm using now the command intended for doing so.

But after I repaired the database I have still problem with contacts of 
one of my users.
When kolab_cache is enabled contacts can't be seen in roundcube and 
mobile as well.
When I disable kolab_cache contacts is loaded in roundcube.
I can't figure out what is causing problem.
Other users contacts are ok.
