389 backup problem

Hi,
on a kolab 3.4 on Centos 7 I have more than one separated domain.
Some days ago I added a new domain, I configured emails and everything
is working. I can send and receive mails.

Today I notice that the dirsrv backup doesn't work only for this new domain.

Here is what I get:

ns-slapd db2ldif -D /etc/dirsrv/slapd-mail -n mydomain_com -a
/backup/hostname-mail-mydomain.ldif
ldiffile: /backup/hostname-mail-mydomain.ldif
[16/Jan/2017:19:11:13.157224203 +0100] Db home directory is not set.
Possibly nsslapd-directory (optionally nsslapd-db-home-directory) is
missing in the config file.
[16/Jan/2017:19:11:13.158383873 +0100] instance mydomain is busy
[16/Jan/2017:19:11:13.158813342 +0100] All database threads now stopped

It looks like something went wrong when I set up the new domain, but
what? I did exactly as I did for other domains.

Looking in /var/lib/dirsrv/slapd-mail/db/ I can see the dir for my new
domain, but inside the dir three files are missing: member.db, owner.db
and seeAlso.db

I also found that in /etc/dirsrv/slapd-mail/dse.ldif for that new domain
the entry nsslapd-directory doesn't exist.

How can I diagnose what happened, and more important what have I to do
to solve it?

Thanks,
