Auto response on alias

Hello,

   We have a kolab 3.4 setup. One user was trying to setup an out of office response. They are the admin assistant in the organization so their account is "Admin, AAM” and thus an email of admin.aam at domain.com. They have a secondary email address of admin at domain.com. The admin at domain.com is what is used for most communication. We setup a filter but it only gets triggered if you email admin.aam at domain.com and not if you send to admin at domain.com. Any ideas on how to fix that?
