Shared Folders

Hi There 

I have set up a shared folder within kolab webadmin. 

I set myself up to be an admin with FULL access rights. 

I have created some sub folders within the folder management tab,
however, these do not appear within the files link. 

They seem to appear within the "mail" tab, however they appear as a
mailbox, not as a folder? 

Please advise
