synchronisation with exchange is very slow

Hello to everybody,
Since I have installed my kolab server and configure it with outlook 2013
using activesync.
It is very slow to synchronize around 30 mn for a mail to show up. and my
folder are not replicate in outlook.
Has someone already been confrontedf to this problem.
also my global address book is not replicated.
