Kolab 3.4: Dovecot + Public/shared Folders / Multidomain

I think the shared prefix changed with Kolab >=3.3. "shared" instead of
"Shared Folders".
The blog entry is not entirely completed yet and a bit outdated.
Unfortunately I don't have time to update it.
Hopefully there is real Dovecot support in 3.5 [1].
