Best way to have multiple inboxes for single user

In Kolab Webadmin, you can add secondary mail addresses (Users > Pick a user 
> Contact informations) and add filters in Roundcube settings to organize them 
in subfolders. You can also manage you "identities" in Roundcube settings, 
that will add a menu to choose the email you want to use in mail composer.

That's probably what you want to do.
