Hey Rick,

I just recently finished setting up a kolab server on AWS and went trough
the "pain" of making it pass spam filters etc so if you want I'm happy to
share notes.

Scott has already highlighted the main DNS changes you will need to do as
well as the open-dkim package that you will need to install and configure
postfix to use, so I'll add only the additional step of checking your
public IP against known blacklists as the last step.
